So many things have happened. So many changes. So many new beginnings.
As I trip over my trial and error, I slowly become more and more courageous to really put my two feet into that doorway to a new life.
I want to be the change I want to see, yet I am far from doing that. I feel like I have been stuck in the same spot for so long. For too long.
Now I know what I need to do.
There is a scary over saturation of everything in today’s world. I cannot be a part of that anymore. I need to go straight to the core and fix it from inside out.
I realized how much more powerful it is to feel and learn from the experience itself, while contributing to it in real time.
I don’t want to become a business woman. I don’t want to get to a point where I need to sell products to earn a living. I don’t want to be at the mercy of other people’s attention.
I want to provide everyone with the resources at no cost that they deserved from the beginning. No one has the right to be deprived of great education, of wise and challenging leaders who know how to ask the right questions.
The human mind can only take so much before it gets overloaded.
Let’s return to simplicity. Let’s return to focused-living. Let’s stop doing so much.
As I begin to free myself from the chains of having to cater to so many things, I can finally climb fly past the clouds and float in the comfort of the universe.
I’m going to step into the education system in full-blown presence. No more hiding. No more cowering. No more delaying.
At the end of December, this blog site will be deleted permanently. I can no longer prosper from the online world anymore.
Let’s stop adding more to the plate. Let’s deal with the core issues first then let’s start talking innovation.

To dream clumsily is to let your imagination flood out seamlessly in your everyday life.
As your thoughts carve out a beautiful rainbow bird brushing its feathers against your cheek, you find yourself smiling at the warmth so much that the people around you cannot help but return their own smile at you.
As you clothe yourself in an invisible cape, you suddenly feel free of all the labels laid upon you, no longer shy of the critical eye of others. You can only then strut your way down your path, emitting an empowering pheromone that captivates everything and everyone.
As you cover all your electronics with a blanket, you step out into the chilly embrace of the universe that absorbs you into its core and its genuine love. You feel so grounded you begin floating higher and higher to everywhere and nowhere.
As you sit with the silence of the music created by the very hands of your fellow human comrades, you forget all that has happened, that is happening, and that will happen.
As you witness the world in all its glory and its gory, you close your eyes and fall into an awakening slumber where everything is nothing.
You must exist with an out-of-this-world curiosity. You must not let your fear or despair stand in your way. You must breathe in the beauty of universe as you view it and breathe out the toxic restraints that narrow its definition. You must see it with your soul’s heart, hear it with your soul’s eyes, and speak to it with your soul’s welcoming hands.
The world needs more creative thinkers.
Never stop using your imagination to see the world for what it was, for what it is, and for what it could be.

When we get stuck in a rut, it takes all the conscious effort we can muster to break out of it because our habits have become ingrained in our subconscious. While on the one end, a lot of people would rather stay where they are in the comfort of knowing the results of everything they do, it’s just as important, if not even more, to step outside of this “normal” zone for once.
The biggest reason why? It’s because it allows you to feel sensations and see new connections that you would have missed out on had you continued doing the same thing.
It is not so much doing something different everyday than doing it differently that has the most significant impact.
For example, instead of meditating right after you wake up, maybe try meditating after doing a strenuous exercise routine. Or instead of always mixing tomatoes with broccoli for a meal, try replacing the second vegetable with artichoke.
It is all about experimenting with the spectrum of tastes, colours, and feelings. At the end of the day, these factors are what make us feel alive and stimulated. Imagine a world (like the one portrayed in the story of The Giver) where everything has no colour and the food all tastes the same. It would be a boring and numbing existence to have. Luckily we are not limited in this way; in fact, we have an infinite spectrum of combinations of anything that can yield results beyond our imagination!
Make your life exciting. Get up everyday and vow to do things differently. When you see the same man walking his dog down the street, give him a smile instead of scrolling through your phone. Spend an extra 5 seconds to appreciate the sunlight passing through your window. Say good morning to your partner before you start checking your phone. There are so many things you can do to pull yourself out of the hole you have been roaming around in for so long.
Bless yourself with the gift of exploration and curiosity of your fascinating human body and potential. Feel the power of the universe through every atom of your being. Build that deeper bond with yourself and everything else in your life will start shining in billions of rays of beauty.

No one likes change.
Everyone likes comfort, which is why no one single person on Earth would choose to change themselves right off the bat until something so traumatic happens that they have to change.
However, this is living life in a reactive way; it puts you in a submissive position. It takes away your power to take control of your situation.
That waiting for that final straw is like sitting there and giving up hope when there is always something to repair before it all has to end in a horrible way.
I used to have this kind of fatalist attitude on all aspects of life: my relationships, my health, my career and my personality.
I kept thinking to myself that I had to have a breakup or a bad illness or a bankruptcy or a really nasty remark before I could become the strong driven woman I wanted to be. I let myself fall into a weak spot and atrophy into someone I loathed just so that I could rebuild myself again after a huge event happens. Yet, deep down I never understood why I did that.
Then one day, I realized that I truly believed I needed to be in a pitiful position before I could prove to others that I came far from where I was in the “beginning.”
It wasn’t a helpful mindset. I noticed a recurring pattern: it kept ending the same way. I always tried hard in the beginning then closed myself off, sat in the figurative corner and never came out until I really had to.
This kind of thinking only hindered my happiness because my motivation to better myself was conditional. It wasn’t constant. I was waiting and being passive when I was supposed to be active and relentless.
Every moment deserves to be a happy one. Any moment spent otherwise is a complete waste of your potential and general well-being.
Instead of waiting for that big traumatic event, sit with yourself and ask yourself: “How can I better myself right now? What am I running away from and why?”
Your motivation lies in your breathing; as long as you’re still breathing, you need to be always evaluating yourself and pinpointing where you need to pick up some slack. To be truly compassionate with yourself, you need to be brutally honest with yourself.
Don’t wait because it will be too late. By waiting for a precious aspect of your life to fall apart before finding a valid solution, you will only be setting yourself up for more failures of this kind in the future. Why spend the rest of your life searching for happiness when you can be happy now?
Fight for a better you. There is definitely no better investment in the world than in you.

There are a lot of conflicts associated with figuring out who is or should be allowed to teach a foreign language class. On the one hand, a teacher whose first language isn’t the language being taught would have a better understanding of the challenges a lot of new learners’ experience, thus being able to recommend more relevant tactics. On the other hand, the non-native teacher may also make mistakes, not comprehend the contextual use of certain expressions at its full spectrum, and promote a specific accent different from that of natives.
Regardless of the controversy, it is still unfair, even unethical to assume that a native speaker would be a better teacher. Like they say, it’s not so much what you have than how you use it. For those teaching or wanting to teach a language that is not their first, here are some tips to keep in mind to help you have a smoother experience when sharing your linguistic passions:
1) Prepare well in advance
By this, I’m not only talking about lesson planning, but also reviewing key concepts or points before a class. During this preview time, make sure to predict any questions (like counter-arguments) that may arise during class time. Even though it’s unfair to assume the teacher is the principal source of all knowledge, it is still their role to be as accurate as possible in their lessons since unlike other subjects, languages are used for communicative purposes. Any incoherence will impair all further understanding of one another’s needs and wants. If you do make a mistake, just remember to keep your tone confident and state what you think. Don’t be afraid to admit your mistakes because at the end of the day, you’re trying to provide them with the right skills to express themselves in the target language, not prove to them how expert you are at it.
2) Keep learning
Mastering a language takes a lifetime (and beyond). It’s a muscle that constantly needs to be trained. There is always something to learn. So never stop keeping up to date with colloquial expressions by watching shows or reading articles in the target language. You will also engage in the language in a passionate way like you did when you were first learning it. Teaching is about sharing a love for a topic. Don’t let that spark die! Your enthusiasm has a huge impact on the motivation of the students who receive your teaching.
3) Be open-minded
There will come times where you will make mistakes and that’s completely normal. During these moments, it’s important to laugh along. This will allow the students to feel comfortable with making errors throughout their journey. While we don’t want to fossilize an intermediate level of a language that is not grammatically correct, we also don’t want to create unnecessary anxiety for the students when speaking. Be kind and warm. Build a safe space for each individual. Always remind yourself at the end of the day that you’re there to help them.
Teaching a language that is not your mother tongue is a very daunting task as your insecurities can get out of control. Nevertheless, it is a fulfilling move to commit to when you see not only how far your students have come, but also yourself.
Don’t ever let others’ doubt eclipse your confidence.
You definitely have what it takes to train others to become effective communicators in the target language like yourself.

We only get 24 hours each day. But if you think about it, that is indeed a lot of time. It really depends on how you use it.
Organization is key.
Here are some simple habits to incorporate in your daily routine to bring you closer to seeing the realization of your dream or dreams:
1) Sleep early and wake up early
As you get older, this becomes a lot easier as your body gets more tired more quickly. However, when you’re still in your early twenties and afraid that sleeping earlier means missing out on social interactions, then this might come as more challenging.
Sleeping earlier then waking earlier gives you more time to do what you need to do that day. In fact, you will even have extra time to do other things, like learn a new skill or simply use the time to relax with meditative practices. It’s just a wonderful feeling to wake up to a sort of stillness before a storm when everyone’s still asleep, while you’re awake to witness the beauty of the early morning.
Depending on your sleeping needs, I personally love the routine of sleeping at 10pm and waking up at 6am. That way you will still get 8 hours of sleep and be up early to get your tasks completed before noon arrives! It really depends on how ambitious you are ;).
2) Get a good agenda/planner
The human brain can only hold up to 7 things at once. Even though that does sound like a lot, you will be pulling out your hair when you’re trying to cater to tasks that are more complex. This is where a good agenda or planner comes into play!
Whether you’re into a cute frilly planner or a simple black and white planner, always focus of its practicality. You want to look for ones that allow you to plan each hour, as well as each month. You need to be able to fill in the time frames for each task and be able to see the “greater picture” by having a monthly schedule visible at all times. When you glance at your calendar, you can remind yourself of all upcoming projects or deadlines you set for yourself and plan your day accordingly.
Once you have done something on your to-do list, you can check it off and that is extremely satisfying and motivating. Always keep in mind, though, to be realistic to an extent. Don’t put in blocks of back to back of work. If you feel yourself constantly overburdened with things to do, then you’re going to soon burn yourself out and that’s harmful to your overall productivity. Remember to plan out time to doing mindfulness or listening to music activities to give yourself a well-deserved breather.
3) Cut out social media
The amount of time wasted on social media is crazy. It’s only when you start cutting out time spent of scrolling through Facebook feed or watching YouTube videos that do not contribute at all to your emotional, mental, spiritual or personal growth, then do you see how much extra time you actually have each day.
Vow to limit your time on social media. If you do go on them, choose sources of information that help you become a better version of yourself.
You will notice once you begin to stop living off these virtual platforms that you will also feel more confident about happier with yourself. This is because you will stop comparing yourself to others and you turn your focus inwards, which is how it’s supposed to be.
4) Remind yourself of your bigger purpose/cause/motivation
When taking small steps to a bigger dream, you have to constantly remind yourself of why you’re doing a certain thing. You need to constantly reflect and evaluate your situation. You need to always find lacking points and ways to improve on these.
It helps to write down your goals and tape them on your wall where you can see them everyday. If you can, use a whiteboard, so you can erase when you need to. This is bound to happen as dreams that get worked on tend to change in shape and form on a constant basis. Like this, you will soon narrow down a good purpose to be the base or motivation of your daily actions.
I guarantee when you add in these steps to your routine, you will see a huge jump in your productivity.
Never forget, though, that life is a journey. While it is quite powerful to imagine making your dream come true (as soon as possible), it is still important to have fun.
